We are inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions.

POSITION 1: AGENT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Outlet Maintenance – Conduct regular visits to assigned agents within your territory, monitor dealer performance, and maintain strong working relationships
• Agent Enablement – Design and deliver training or promotional campaigns tailored to each agent's needs to improve outlet performance
• Promotional Execution – Execute company promotional activities per SOP, assisting both new and existing agents in boosting brand visibility in their neighborhoods

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with a proven track record of field/client visits
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree; age 30 or below
• Responsible, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Must own a smartphone
• Candidates with personal transportation will be given priority

POSITION 2: AGENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client Prospecting & Visits – Identify and visit various retail shops, introduce our products, and screen high-quality potential partners
• Agent Onboarding – Establish partnerships with qualified clients and develop offline agent outlets
• Installation Follow-up – Assist agents with equipment installation and drive early launch of new outlets

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with a proven track record of field/client visits
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree; age 30 or below
• Responsible, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Must own a smartphone
• Candidates with personal transportation will be given priority

Compensation & Benefits:

• MWK 250,000 – 800,000 / month

POSITION 3: GENERAL MANAGER

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, driving business growth, and supporting the achievement of the company's goals and objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years' proven experience managing a busy organization
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage teams, projects, and organizational resources
• Experience in the renewable energy sector will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall strategic and operational leadership to the organization
• Develop and implement business plans and growth strategies
• Oversee financial, administrative, and operational functions
• Lead, motivate, and manage staff to achieve organizational objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards
• Monitor organizational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
