About the Role
BCA Travel Limited is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel Agent to join their sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for booking travel arrangements, creating customised packages, and maintaining strong client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Book flights, hotels, and travel insurance for clients
- Create customised travel packages and detailed itineraries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain booking records and prepare periodic sales reports
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Education
- Diploma in Tourism, Travel & Tourism Management, or Hospitality
Technical Skills (Essential)
- Proficiency in Galileo GDS and/or Amadeus
Preferred Certification (Added Advantage)
- IATA Foundation Level 1 Certificate
Language Skills
- Excellent communication in English and Chichewa
