Role Overview

This is an 11-month program that is targeted at providing hands-on work experience, broad agronomic knowledge, and skills through working with our experienced field team and consulting with Growers to support the achievement of business objectives.

What You Will Do – Responsibilities

Successful candidates will go through a series of rotational assignments within the company focusing on a broader understanding of the JTILM agronomy operations.

Who We Are Looking For – Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field obtained between 2023 and 2026.
• Ability to ride a motorbike with a valid driving license or willing to learn.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• English and any local language.
