Eagles Rising High School — a co-educational boarding secondary school opening its doors to its inaugural Form 1 intake in September 2026 — is building a founding team of educators and support staff. We are looking for passionate, values-driven professionals to join us in delivering our LEADS framework: Leadership, Excellence, Accountability, Discovery, and Spirituality.

We are currently recruiting for the following position.

Teacher (All Subjects)

Delivers the Malawi National Curriculum with excellence, mentors boarding students within the LEADS framework, and contributes to a vibrant Christian school community. Openings across core and elective subjects.

Monthly Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education, or degree with PGCE/relevant subject specialization
• Registered with relevant Malawi teaching authority
• Willingness to live and work in a boarding school environment
• Passion for mentoring adolescents in a faith-based setting
• Strong subject knowledge aligned to MANEB/MSCE syllabus
