STORE AMBASSADOR
(Blantyre and Lilongwe)

Build Africa is looking for a friendly, energetic and customer-focused Store Ambassador to join our team.
As a Store Ambassador, you will be the face of Build Africa, helping create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer who visits our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting customers
- Directing customers to the relevant departments
- Promoting products, promotions and new arrivals
- Assisting with customer queries
- Encouraging customer feedback and surveys
- Identifying customer needs and service gaps
- Supporting store promotions and events
- Reporting customer feedback and recurring issues to Management
- Helping ensure an excellent overall customer experience

- Customer-service oriented
- Well-presented and professional
- Able to work effectively in a busy retail environment
