Position: SITE SUPERVISOR

Location: Blantyre

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all cleaning operations across assigned sites in Blantyre and surrounding areas.
• Prepare, implement, and manage site duty rosters to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of all site employees, including attendance, deployment, and performance.
• Ensure agreed quality KPIs and service level standards are consistently achieved.
• Identify, address, and resolve non-compliance issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage staff induction, ongoing training, development, and retention of cleaning teams.
• Conduct daily and weekly client audit programs in collaboration with site operations teams.
• Investigate, document, and report all janitorial and waste removal incidents.
• Ensure all key personnel are informed of incidents, outcomes, and corrective actions taken.
• Implement and monitor action plans arising from incidents and audit findings.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Travel to sites outside Blantyre as operational requirements demand.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certificate or Diploma in a related field.
• Minimum of 3–4 years’ working experience in a related position.
• Proven supervisory experience in cleaning and gardening services, outsourcing, or facilities management.
• Strong understanding of KPI-driven service delivery and client audit processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
