Balaka Beef is seeking an experienced Senior Retail Manager to lead operations across its three retail outlets in Lilongwe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee retail operations, inventory, logistics, and customer deliveries
• Lead and develop outlet teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale customers
• Ensure quality, hygiene, and operational standards are met

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field
• 4-5 years' experience in meat processing, abattoir, or meat production operations
• Experience managing multiple retail outlets
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel
