Reporting to: Dean of Academics

Key Responsibilities

Teach and assess Early Childhood Education courses.

Supervise student research projects and teaching practice.

Participate in curriculum development and review.

Support academic quality assurance and programme evaluation.

Mentor junior lecturers and support academic development.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education/Development.

Experience teaching at tertiary level.

Experience in research supervision is an added advantage.

Strong instructional and communication skills.
