Illovo Sugar (Malawi) Plc is seeking an experienced security operation officer to join their team at Nchalo Estate. The person will be responsible for:

• Conducting regular patrols to observe the security contractor’s deployment
• Ensuring security posts are manned and guards perform duties (patrolling, access control, incident response)
• Providing real-time reports on lapses in deployment/performance to Operations Coordinator
• Engaging with contractor’s personnel to assess role understanding and operational challenges
• Reporting all security incidents and monitor contractor’s response to ensure adherence to protocols
• Providing detailed security reports contributing to contractor performance assessment
• Promoting and adhere to Illovo’s procedures, policies, and SHERQ guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
• Any related Certificate or Security Experience
• Security Diploma is an added advantage
