Reports to: Business Development Manager

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
• Experience in the insurance industry is strongly preferred.
• Proven sales, marketing, or business development experience.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Knowledge of insurance products and financial services.
• Excellent proposal-writing and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license (mandatory).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and acquire new corporate and individual clients.
• Drive corporate sales and business development initiatives.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
• Conduct market research and provide market intelligence.
• Support marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with media and advertising partners.
• Conduct customer care and sales training workshops.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales and marketing reports.
• Support brand, media relations, and communications activities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
