THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our growing team.

You will:

• Identify new business opportunities

• Build strong client relationships

• Convert prospects into long-term partners

• Work closely with our production team and AI Business Development Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

• Position: Sales and Marketing Representative

• Location: Blantyre (field and office-based)

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Reporting To: Managing Director

• AI Partner: Business Development Analyst (AI Agent)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client-facing & sales duties:

• Identify, prospect, and convert new client accounts

• Present and sell media services

• Build long-term client relationships

• Attend meetings and close deals

• Prepare quotations and proposals

• Meet monthly sales targets

AI collaboration duties:

• Work closely with the AI Business Development Analyst

• Review and send AI-drafted emails and proposals

• Use AI-generated insights for outreach

• Maintain accurate CRM records

• Support digital marketing campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

• At least 3 years’ experience in sales or business development

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to meet targets independently

• Basic computer and digital skills

• Comfortable working with AI tools

Added Advantage:

• Existing network in corporate, NGO, or FMCG sectors

• Experience in media or advertising

• Knowledge of CRM or AI tools

• Familiarity with live streaming or broadcasting
