JOB TITLE: Sales and Marketing Assistant (2 Positions)

RESPONSIBLE TO: Sales and Marketing Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote hotel services including accommodation, dining, and conferencing facilities
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sale services
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business
• Work towards set sales and customer engagement targets
• Track daily and weekly sales and marketing performance
• Engage with customers during service to ensure satisfaction
• Create and post content on social media platforms (Tik-Tok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business)
• Capture photos and videos of the Hotel, events and guest experiences
• Track performance of posts and online enquiries and prepare reports
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve visibility
• Use basic AI tools to support content creation, captions and ideas

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
• Strong  communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer focused with positive attitude
• Strong understanding of social media and sales is an added advantage
