JOB SUMMARY:

Casino Marina Blantyre is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to handle transactions, assist customers, and ensure smooth daily operations at the point of sale.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive payments (cash, card) and issue receipts

• Maintain accurate cash register balances

• Provide excellent customer service

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

• Keep the checkout area clean and organized

• Assist with stock checks and basic inventory duties

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

• Minimum of MSCE (or equivalent)

• Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is an added advantage

• Basic math and computer skills

• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Based in Blantyre
