POSITION 1: BRICK LAYERS – 5 POSITIONS

JOB TYPE: Full Time

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must have a Malawi TEVET Certificate Grade 1, 2, or 3 in Brick laying II.
• At least prove experience in building construction.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans and drawings.
• Knowledge in block laying, plastering and general building works.

MAIN DUTIES

• Carrying out all bricklaying works as assigned by the Site Foreman.
• Ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Any other duties assigned by management.

POSITION 2: CARPENTERS – 6 POSITIONS

JOB TYPE: Full Time

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Malawi TEVET Certificate Grade 1, 2 or 3 in Carpentry.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in construction industry.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Skilled in roofing, shuttering, formwork, doors and window fitting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing all carpentry works as instructed by the Foreman.
• Measuring, cutting and assembling wood and other materials.
• Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition.
• Ensuring quality and safety standards are adhered to site.
