AVAILABLE POSITIONS

1. OPERATIONS MANAGER (1 POSITION)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage daily distribution operations.
• Supervise logistics, transport, warehousing, and staff.
• Monitor fleet performance and route planning.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Prepare operational reports and performance reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in logistics, beverage distribution, transport management, warehousing, or FMCG operations.

1. ADMIN AND ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (1 POSITION)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accounting and administrative records.
• Process invoices, payments, and petty cash transactions.
• Assist with payroll administration.
• Prepare reports and manage office documentation.
• Support budgeting and financial record management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in accounting, administration, or bookkeeping.

1. BRAND/PROMOTIONAL OFFICER (1 POSITION)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute product promotion strategies.
• Organize brand activations and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Build relationships with customers and retailers.
• Prepare marketing and promotional reports.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in marketing, promotions, or sales.

1. ASSISTANT DISTRICT BRANDS/PROMOTIONAL OFFICERS (4 POSITIONS)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement promotional activities within assigned districts.
• Conduct product demonstrations and market activations.
• Monitor product visibility and availability.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback.
• Prepare field activity reports.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least two (2) years’ experience in sales, marketing, or promotions.

1. DRIVERS & SALESMEN (5 POSITIONS)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive company vehicles safely and deliver beverages to customers.
• Promote and sell company products.
• Identify and recruit new customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Load and offload products safely.
• Receive customer orders and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain delivery notes, invoices, and sales records.
• Collect customer payments where authorized.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report faults.
• Ensure proper product display and merchandising.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or equivalent.
• Valid driving licence suitable for commercial vehicles.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ professional driving experience.
• Experience in sales, distribution, merchandising, or customer service is an added advantage.

1. LOADERS & OFF-LOADERS (4 POSITIONS)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load and off-load beverages.
• Verify products during dispatch and delivery.
• Assist with stock handling and warehouse organization.
• Report damaged or missing products.
• Maintain cleanliness in loading areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic education qualification.

EXPERIENCE

• Warehousing or distribution experience will be an added advantage.

1. MESSENGERS/CLEANERS (2 POSITIONS)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain cleanliness of offices and premises.
• Deliver documents and packages.
• Assist with filing and office support.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic education qualification.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as a cleaner or messenger will be an added advantage.

1. GUARDS (5 POSITIONS)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Protect company property, staff, and products.
• Monitor entry and exit points.
• Conduct regular security patrols.
• Maintain security records and logs.
• Report incidents promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• MSCE or equivalent.
• Security training certificate will be an added advantage.
• Previous security experience preferred.
