Position 1: Site Engineer

Locations (1 position each): Mzuzu, Lilongwe, Chikwawa/Nsanje, Neno, Zomba

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day site activities in compliance with design specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Registered with the relevant professional engineering body
• Minimum of 5 years' experience on busy construction sites

Position 2: Accountant

Location: Blantyre

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of final financial statements
• Submission of tax returns
• Ensure compliance with statutory and financial reporting requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• ACCA, CIMA, CA(IM), or equivalent professional qualification
• Strong knowledge of taxation and financial reporting standards
• Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience

Position 3: Human Resources Manager

Location: Blantyre

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the Human Resources function
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Professional HR certification will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience

Position 4: Human Resources Officer (2 Positions)

Location: Neno

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Assist with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Professional HR certification will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience

Position 5: Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) Officer (5 Positions)

Locations: Mzuzu (1), Lilongwe (1), Blantyre (3)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the workplace is free from hazards that may harm employees, visitors, or the environment
• Promote compliance with HSSE standards and regulations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a busy work environment

Position 6: Stores Clerk (9 Positions)

Locations: Mzuzu (4), Lilongwe (2), Neno (3)

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and process warehouse stock
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control systems

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Stores Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse management or stores operations

Position 7: Operations Officer

Location: Neno

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site administration, logistics, and inventory management
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and operational documentation
• Support HR processes, compliance, performance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Report Writing
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
