FPAM is looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacant position.
Job Role
The M&E Coordinator shall be responsible for establishing and managing a robust monitoring, research and evaluation system with well-defined results, milestones, and targets for the implementation of projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual progress on all project activities and results to SMT through the M&E Lead
- Conduct comprehensive situation and gap analyses for M&E and reporting within SRHR. Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats within the current M&E framework
- Provide input, information, and service statistics for quarterly, annual, and other reports to Project Management Team and FPAM
- Participate in annual project reviews and planning workshops and assist the Project Coordinator in preparing relevant reports
- Facilitate the collation and synthesis of existing SRHR and related data into a coherent, actionable dashboard
- Assist Project Coordinator in preparing monthly and quarterly reports on project progress based on DHIS2 or Kobo Toolbox reports on project activities
Requirements
Education and Qualifications
- Degree in Social Sciences such as Economics, Statistics, Project Management, and other relevant fields
Professional Experience
- Proven success in designing, implementing, and operating project M&E systems from project initiation to closeout stages
- Experience implementing procedures and practices to ensure data quality and verification, including data quality assessments
- Experience using DHIS2 for data collection, reporting, and visualization
- Experience with using supportive approaches to building capacity at service delivery points to accurately record, document, report, and use data
