OVERVIEW

Alexanes & Heritage is preparing to launch a Korean traditional beverage and alcohol manufacturing business in Malawi and is seeking a creative, motivated, and responsible Marketing Manager to lead brand marketing activities.

The successful candidate will support brand growth through digital marketing, content creation, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

DIGITAL MARKETING AND CONTENT CREATION

• Plan and manage social media content across different platforms.
• Create, shoot, and edit video and photo content for product and brand promotion.
• Upload and manage social media content.
• Support online brand visibility and customer engagement.

MARKETING ACTIVITIES AND BRAND PROMOTION

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities.
• Develop promotional materials to support product awareness.
• Support marketing events and brand campaigns.
• Contribute ideas to improve brand growth and market presence.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should possess:

• Experience in video and photo shooting and editing.
• Ability to manage and upload social media content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and content creation.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing social media channels.
• Proficiency with video editing tools.
• Degree or relevant experience in photography/videography.
• Marketing experience in beverage, alcohol, food, or related industries.
