As Recruitment Machine, our client in the shipping and customs clearance sector is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Business Development Associate to drive marketing initiatives, business growth, and client engagement. The role requires a proactive professional capable of combining marketing execution with business development, partnerships, and client relationship management in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.

Some of the responsibilities include; developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media and digital campaigns, conducting market research and competitor analysis, coordinating with internal departments for smooth operations, identifying and developing strategic partnerships, driving business expansion opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, engaging in networking activities, acquiring and retaining clients, managing client relationships and communication, handling client feedback and issue resolution, and ensuring consistent brand positioning across all channels.

Key requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven experience in marketing, business development, or client relations

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
