Position: Loan Officer – Lilongwe
Job Objectives
- Achieving set individual business/disbursement targets.
- Driving the branch to achieve branch business targets.
- Managing the branch administration functions, ensuring zero fraud and misconducts at branch level.
- Handling customer correspondents and coordinating with respective external and Head Office departments.
- Ensuring adherence to all regulatory directives and operational guidelines.
- Initiating and executing sales promotions and business campaigns.
- Managing branch petty cash.
