Nyasa Capital Finance (NCF) is seeking dynamic and creative professionals to join our team as a Loan Consultant.

Requirements

• Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in lending or financial consulting
• Strong knowledge of loan products and lending regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in financial software and loan management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven experience as a Loan Consultant or similar role will be a plus
• In-depth understanding of the financial industry and loan processes
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Those with a Driver's Licence will have an added advantage
