OVERVIEW

Exploits University, Blantyre Campus, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for full-time Lecturer positions in the following departments:

1. Department of Accountancy
2. Department of Administrative Studies

The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering quality university-level teaching in their respective disciplines and supporting the academic development of students.

POSITION 1: LECTURER IN ACCOUNTANCY

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Academic Qualifications and Experience:

Applicants should possess the following:

• A Bachelor's degree with Credit or Distinction.
• A Master's degree or PhD in Accountancy, or an equivalent qualification, obtained from a reputable university.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, PAEC, CIMA, or LCCI are desirable.
• University lecturing experience will be an added advantage.

REPORTS TO

The respective Head of Department.

POSITION 2: LECTURER IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Academic Qualifications and Experience:

Applicants should possess the following:

• A Bachelor's degree with Credit or Distinction.
• A Master's degree in Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification, obtained from a reputable university.
• University lecturing experience will be an added advantage.

REPORTS TO

The respective Head of Department.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Delivering lectures and supporting teaching and learning in their respective disciplines.
• Supporting students in their academic development.
• Carrying out assigned academic duties in accordance with university requirements.
