About the Role
We’re recruiting a Human Resources Manager for a high-growth organization. This is not an admin HR role. You’ll act as a strategic partner to leadership—translating business priorities into people strategies while ensuring strong execution, compliance, and performance management.
What You’ll Do
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, structure, and performance
Drive HR strategy aligned to business objectives
Ensure compliance with Malawian labour laws and HR governance standards
Lead performance management and accountability systems
Oversee recruitment, ensuring high-quality hiring decisions
Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and HR operations
Support payroll inputs, compensation structuring, and statutory alignment
Who You Are
Degree in HR or related field
5–7+ years’ experience, including HR advisory/business partnering
Strong knowledge of Malawian labour laws
Proven experience in performance management and employee relations
Able to influence leadership and drive decisions—not just processes
Bonus If You Have
Experience in fast-paced or scaling environments
Exposure to HR systems, automation, or AI tools
Track record of building or improving HR frameworks
