Job Description
Carbon Auto & Tyre Limited is a retail company focused on selling tyres, car batteries, wipers, oils, car accessories and car services. We are looking for a dedicated HR professional with wide experience to help us shape our workplace culture, manage talent, and support our greatest asset: our people.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new team members
- Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and staff well-being
- Performance & Development: Oversee performance review processes and facilitate employee training
- Compliance: Ensure all company policies align with local labour laws and regulations in Malawi
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience working in HR (minimum 2 - 3 years preferred)
- Deep understanding of labour legislation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Experience in stores management
