We are looking for a dedicated HR professional with wide experience to help us shape our workplace culture, manage talent, and support our greatest asset: our people.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new team members
• Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and staff well-being
• Performance & Development: Oversee performance review processes and facilitate employee training
• Compliance: Ensure all company policies align with local labour laws and regulations in Malawi

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience working in HR (minimum 2 - 3 years preferred)
• Deep understanding of labour legislation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
• Experience in stores management
