Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
  • Oversee daily administrative operations and office management
  • Handle employee relations, performance tracking, and HR policy implementation
  • Coordinate scheduling, correspondence, and internal communications
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or administration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and professional attitude
