About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and visionary Muslim leader to serve as Head Master of our Secondary School and work in collaboration with our Madrasa / Islamic School to provide quality education rooted in Islamic values and strong morals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall academic, administrative, and co-curricular activities of the secondary school
• Ensure a safe, disciplined, and conducive learning environment
• Mentor and support teachers and staff for continuous improvement
• Uphold Islamic values and morals in all aspects of school life
• Work closely with the Madrasa / Islamic School to strengthen integrated education

Requirements

• Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience as Head Master in any reputable institution
• Master's degree (preferably in Education or Islamic Studies)
• Strong knowledge of academic management, administration, and leadership
• Able to work in coordination with a Madrasa / Islamic School to promote integrated education
• Committed to Islamic values, good character, and developing students both academically and morally

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to people who can assist in starting a new secondary school and are able to follow the guidelines of the Ministry of Education.

Language Requirements

• English – Fluent
• Chichewa – Fluent
