JOB PURPOSE

A Graphic Designer is responsible for transforming concepts into visually compelling designs that align with a company's branding and marketing goals. They work across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, packaging, and other promotional materials, ensuring consistency and clarity in visual communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop creative visual concepts, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.
• Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
• Use industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Express) to produce high-quality graphics.
• Revise and refine designs based on client or team feedback to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Maintain consistency in branding across all visual materials and platforms.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay updated on design trends, typography, color theory, and emerging technologies to enhance creative output.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Development, Computer Science, Visual Arts, or a related field is typically preferred.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in the same field.
