Position: Gardener / Grounds Maintenance

Key Requirements

• Maintain lawns, flower beds, shrubs, and trees
• Water plants and maintain irrigation systems
• Perform weeding, pruning, trimming, and grass cutting
• Keep outdoor areas clean, tidy, and attractive
• Maintain gardening tools and equipment
• Support landscaping and seasonal planting activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in gardening or grounds maintenance
• Knowledge of plants, flowers, and lawn care
• Ability to operate gardening equipment and tools
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, honest, and self-motivated
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Added Advantage

• Certificate or training in Horticulture or Landscaping
• Experience working in schools, estates, or commercial properties
