Job Summary
We are seeking a well-organized, friendly, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to manage reception duties and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be professional, articulate, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
Manage appointment schedules and maintain front desk calendars.
Assist with general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues or refer them to the appropriate department.
Ensure compliance with front office procedures and policies.
Requirements
Minimum of Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent).
Previous experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or Customer Service Representative is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
Ability to handle pressure and work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
Customer service training or certification.
Good problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, PBX system).
