The Company seeks to recruit experienced and motivated individuals to fill the following new positions. The following are the requirements for the ideal candidate. Those with Mining experience will have an added advantage.

Position: Front Bucket Operator (Loader)

The person will be required to perform the following duties;

• Job requires loading, clearing and moving earth (over burden)
• Ensure safe operation
• Adhering to site safety rules
• Conduct pre operation checks on equipment
• Works collaboratively with the team
• Maintain records of operations required
• Very disciplined individual
• Skills required
• More than 4 years’ operating experience

Skills: Proficiency in excavator operation, understanding safety protocols

• License /certificates
• Excellent communication in English and local languages
