We are hiring: Finance & Administration Manager — Lilongwe, Malawi

Wala Ltd sells productive use of energy technology and services. We are a social enterprise. We run on commercial revenue and donor grants — and we need a finance leader who can navigate both without blinking.

The role in plain language:

— Own the numbers, own the compliance, own the strategy

— Drive commercial financial performance

— Manage grants

— Keep us fully compliant with regulators

— Administration

— Partner directly with the CEO

You'll need 7+ years in finance, real experience with commercial companies, donor-funded programmes, and the kind of integrity and self motivation that needs no reminding.

CPA / ACCA / CIMA preferred.
