PBM Farms is expanding its commercial farming operations and invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals.

FARM MANAGER VACANCY

PBM Farms is looking for a mature, disciplined, and hands-on Farm Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the farm.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in both agronomy/crop production and animal husbandry/livestock management
• Strong supervisory and farm operations management skills
• Ability to manage workers, production schedules, records, and farm inputs
• Experience in irrigation, mechanization, or commercial farm management will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience required
• Experience of over 10 years will be an added advantage
