Job Description
Easy Pack Limited is seeking an experienced Factory Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities across our Flexible Packaging and Injection Moulding operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the factory maintenance department
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
- Lead new machine installation and commissioning
- Maintain utilities including chillers, compressors, pumps, and generators
- Ensure compliance with ISO and FSSC maintenance requirements
- Improve equipment reliability and plant uptime
Requirements
Technical Expertise
- Electrical & Electronics
- General Mechanical Maintenance
- Chillers, Compressors, Water Pumps & Generators
- ISO & FSSC Documentation
- New Projects & Installations
Experience & Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- 15–25 years' experience in factory maintenance
- Hands-on experience in Flexible Packaging and Injection Moulding industries
- Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills
Remuneration
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and prevailing industry standards.
