IM Swedish Development Partner is looking for a facilitator based in Malawi to support data collection using the Progress Tracker tool from 2026 to 2028.

Position: Facilitator

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting stories from rightsholders through face-to-face interviews using digital survey tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 70 face-to-face interviews per round
• Carry out 1–2 rounds of interviews per year
• Collect stories from rightsholders using the Progress Tracker tool
• Ensure ethical standards and confidentiality are maintained during interviews
• Use digital survey tools for data collection and reporting
• Career counseling

Requirements

• Proficiency in local languages
• Experience conducting interviews with rightsholders or communities
• Experience using digital survey/data collection tools
• Commitment to ethical standards and professionalism
