ELECTRICAL ENGINEER TRAINEE

Location: Balaka and Blantyre

Role Summary

The Electrical Engineer trainee will support electrical maintenance, installation, and testing of plant and mining electrical systems. The role involves assisting with fault finding, control panel work, motor maintenance, and learning electrical safety and lockout/tagout procedures.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology.
• Industrial attachments, internships, or 1-2 years’ experience in electrical maintenance preferred
• Strong safety focus, ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when required
