POSITION 1: DRIVER
Category: Administration

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and experienced Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and timely transportation services while ensuring the proper care and maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
Main Duties:
- Driving company vehicles safely and responsibly
- Ensuring timely transportation of staff, visitors, goods, or materials as assigned
- Conducting routine vehicle inspections and report any faults or maintenance needs
- Maintaining accurate vehicle logbooks and fuel records
- Ensuring the vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained at all times
- Complying with all traffic regulations and company policies
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
- Valid and clean driving license
- Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience in a busy office
- Ability to understand, follow, and execute instructions accurately
- Ownership of a smartphone and proficiency in using communication applications such as WhatsApp
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws
- Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and professionalism
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required
POSITION 2: TEMPORARY IT OFFICER
Category: Technical
Deadline: 30th June 2026
Job Summary:
The Temporary IT Officer will support a document digitization project by scanning physical documents, converting them into electronic formats, and organizing digital files according to established naming and filing procedures. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and basic computer skills.
Main Duties:
- Scanning physical documents using scanning equipment
- Converting paper records into digital formats (PDF, JPEG, etc.)
- Renaming scanned files according to the approved naming convention
- Organizing and storing digital documents in designated folders and systems
- Verifying the quality and completeness of scanned documents
- Ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Maintaining a record of scanned and processed documents
- Reporting any scanning or file management issues to the project supervisor
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Records Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office
- Experience with document scanning and electronic file management is an added advantage
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
