OVERVIEW

Liwiro Finance Limited is a licensed non-deposit taking microfinance institution regulated by the Reserve Bank of Malawi. The organisation is seeking motivated and results-oriented Direct Sales Agents to market and sell civil servant loan products in Dowa District.

Successful candidates will be responsible for customer acquisition, promoting loan products, assisting clients with loan applications, and building strong relationships with government employees and institutions.

• Mvera
• Chakhaza
• Mkukula
• Madisi
• Bowe
• Kayembe
• Dowa Boma

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market campaigns and recruit civil servant customers.
• Identify potential clients and assist them with online loan applications.
• Promote Liwiro Finance civil servant loan products.
• Build and maintain relationships with government employees and institutions.
• Assist clients with loan application documentation.
• Act as a link between Liwiro Finance and civil servants.
• Provide market feedback and monitor competitor activities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Applicants should possess:

• Minimum of Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, microfinance, banking, or customer service will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• High confidence, self-motivation, and willingness to work on a commission-based arrangement.
• Must have a smartphone and National ID.
