HAIL & COTTON (Malawi) LIMITED, a fully owned subsidiary of HAIL & COTTON International B.V. based in Netherlands, a company that supplies premium leaf tobacco and value-added services to manufacturers of tobacco products worldwide, is seeking highly motivated and qualified candidates to join our dynamic team in the following roles:

DATA ENTRY CLERKS

Employment Type: Temporary

Location: Lilongwe, Chinkhoma, Mzuzu & Limbe Floors

Job Purpose

The overall function of Data Entry Clerk is to capture Hail & Cotton (Malawi) Limited’s tobacco purchases using gadgets and transfer the captured data into the system on daily basis. The position reports to the Leaf Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

Capturing tobacco purchases using gadget (bale weight, price, barcode and tobacco grade) into the system.

Extracting and sharing consolidated captured data in a summary with Accounts leaf officer and other authorized stakeholders; and

Any other related duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience

At least MSCE, computer literate, with at least two years’ experience in data entry and practical skills in data capturing and analysis.
