OVERVIEW

The Country Lead: Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand leads strategic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. He/she has expertise in developing and executing country-wide talent strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent. Proven ability to align recruitment initiatives with business objectives while strengthening the organization's employer brand and Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Experienced in driving recruitment process excellence through data-driven insights, leveraging technology and digital recruitment solutions to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency. Skilled in building sustainable talent pipelines, succession planning, and workforce strategies that ensure organizational readiness for future growth. Adept at collaborating with business leaders to deliver innovative, inclusive, and high-performing talent acquisition solutions that support long-term business success.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Sourcing and Assessment

  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods leveraging online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and engage potential candidates nationally.
  • Screen and assess candidates ensuring effective resume screenings were done, initial interviews were had, and coordinate comprehensive candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Candidate Experience and Engagement

  • Manage End-to-End Recruitment, overseeing the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and negotiating job offers to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with P&C business partners to facilitate smooth onboarding and transition of new hires into the organization.
  • Integrate insights from employee surveys to inform country-specific culture plans and drive positive employee experiences.

Recruitment Marketing and Branding

  • Using the Group Framework provided, translate and execute a holistic employer branding strategy aligned with organizational goals and values, tailored to specific country nuances.
  • Translate a compelling EVP aligned to our broader business EVP that reflects the organization's core values and addresses unique local workforce segment needs.
  • Build and leverage a network of brand ambassadors to promote the employer brand.

Analytics and Technology in Recruitment

  • Track and report recruitment metrics, providing regular reports on hiring progress, candidate feedback, and local market trends to inform talent acquisition strategies.
  • Stay updated with local industry best practices, legal requirements, and market trends related to talent acquisition and recruitment in country, ensuring tactical actions are adapted for optimal resourcing ahead of demand.

Compliance, Diversity, and Segmentation

  • Track key metrics related to talent attraction, retention, performance, and growth within targeted segments to ensure effective segmentation strategies.
  • Adhere to legal requirements and promote diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process.

Content and Social Media Management

  • Generate engaging content showcasing the organization's culture, values, and employee experiences across various platforms.
  • Maintain and curate the company's social media profiles to enhance online presence and actively engage with potential candidates.

Requirements

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 5+ years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the beverage or manufacturing industry.
