Carbon Auto & Tyre Limited is a retail company focused on selling tyres, car batteries, wipers, oils, car accessories and car services. We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to be the face of our business and drive daily sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide expert product recommendations
• Sales Generation: Process transactions accurately, handle cash and digital payments, and actively promote special offers to meet daily/monthly sales targets
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels on the showroom floor, restock shelves, and assist with regular stock counts
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the counter area, display shelves, and overall showroom are clean, organized, and visually appealing

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar front-facing role
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chichewa
• Strong basic math skills and familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• A friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
