Assignment Overview

CSEC seeks a qualified consultant or firm to install and configure an integrated online Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) system and build staff capacity for effective use.

The system will enhance real-time data access, reporting, and Results-Based Management (RBM) across all programs.

Purpose of the Assignment

• Install and configure an online M&E system

• Align the system with strategic plans, log frames, and indicators

• Strengthen Results-Based Management practices

• Train staff in data management, reporting, and system use

Scope of Work

System Installation & Configuration

• Install and customize the M&E system

• Align with organizational objectives and indicators

• Develop dashboards for real-time tracking

• Set up user access levels and data security

• Conduct testing and provide user manuals

Data Migration & Setup

• Migrate existing data into the new system

• Develop reporting templates

• Establish workflows for data collection and reporting

Staff Training & Capacity Building

• Develop training materials and curriculum

• Train management, program, M&E, and support staff on:

• System use and data entry

• Indicator tracking and reporting

• Data analysis and dashboards

• Results-Based Management

• Data quality assurance

• Provide post-training technical support

Deliverables

• Fully functional online M&E system

• Customized dashboards and reporting tools

• Data migration report

• Completed staff training

• Final consultancy report with recommendations

• Post-installation support (minimum 3 months)

Duration

• 4 weeks from contract signing

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in M&E system installation and customization

• Strong knowledge of Results-Based Management (RBM)

• Experience with NGOs or development organizations

• Expertise in data systems, dashboards, and reporting tools

• Experience in staff training and capacity building

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience

Payment Terms

• 50% upon contract signing

• 30% after system installation and customization

• 20% after training and final report approval
