Y-Malawi invites qualified, committed applicants for a Church Field Officer position supporting church empowerment, youth programming, safeguarding, monitoring, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen church networks, leadership, discipleship, and spiritual growth
• Coordinate church initiatives, including Men in the Mirror, family interventions, and seed projects
• Mentor volunteers and promote sustainable local ministries
• Track progress and submit monthly reports to the Area Coordinator

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Qualification in Theology, Social Work, or a related field
• Commitment to Christian ministry and community transformation
• Strong facilitation, communication, planning, teamwork, computer, and reporting skills
• Able to work well with people from diverse denominational backgrounds
• Church or community development experience is an advantage
