Woodlands Hotel & Resort is inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and passionate individuals to fill the position of Chef.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality meals in accordance with hotel standards
• Ensure food is prepared hygienically and in compliance with food safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen
• Develop and implement menu items in consultation with management
• Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of kitchen resources
• Supervise and work effectively with other kitchen staff

Minimum Requirements:

• Certificate, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field
• Proven 5 years experience working as a Chef in a hotel
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must be reliable, disciplined, and professional
