RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB PURPOSE
The incumbent will be responsible for the implementation, execution and monitoring of all Enterprise VAS Market initiatives. He/she will develop solutions and programs to increase customer acquisition, sales revenue, usage, and retention. He/she will also develop pricing guidelines to ensure cost-effectiveness and competitiveness in the market
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch support.
- Ensure that all product prices are aligned with current trade requirements.
- Conduct a monthly review of the performance and productivity of all departments across KPIs and business customer segments.
- Launch sales engagement programs, partner with third parties, and represent the company in business forums.
- Test and validate all new products, including pricing changes, prior to deployment.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of existing and new products, including user testing and documentation of change requests.
- Develop a value proposition for B2B VAS Solutions to increase service penetration.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage the management of calls for tenders and ensure compliance and delivery of won bids.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications and skills required
- Business degree, comfortable with technology and excellent advanced Excel skills.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and product management in the telecommunications industry.
- Good planning and organizational skills with project management experience.
- Business acumen with good communication skills.
- Knowledge of business planning, financial analysis, and budgeting processes.
- Customer orientation with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and work in a team.
- Good interpersonal Skills to interact at all levels
