Lifestyle Boutique Hotel is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Bartender.

Reporting to: Food and Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with approved recipes and standards
• Provide efficient bar service during functions, conferences, and peak operational periods
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock control of the bar area
• Engage guests professionally and responsibly while upholding service etiquette
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor control regulations
• Support event service operations, including set-up and breakdown where required

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management from a recognized Institution
• Minimum of two (2) years' proven bartending experience in a hotel, bar, or high-volume hospitality environment
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, bar service techniques, and beverage presentation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
