Ndau Lodge, a 10-room lakeshore lodge located in Chikale, Nkhata Bay, is seeking to recruit a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor for its Mango Restaurant & Bar.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, lead the restaurant team, and ensure guests enjoy a memorable experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced waiter/waitress ready to step into a supervisory or junior management role.

DUTIES

• Supervise the daily operations of Mango Restaurant & Bar.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Lead and support restaurant staff.
• Promote excellent guest experiences.
• Assist with training and development of staff.
• Support other operational areas of Ndau Lodge when required.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Qualification in Hospitality with knowledge and experience in a busy restaurant and bar.
• Absolute honesty and integrity.
• Leadership skills with the ability to lead by example.
• Confidence to suggest and implement improvements.
• Interest in staff training and development.
• Supportive and caring attitude towards staff and guests.
• Team player committed to excellent customer service.
• Experience as a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor or readiness to move into a junior management role.
• Willingness to live and work in Nkhata Bay.
