Alexanes & Heritage is preparing a manufacturing business in Malawi focused on traditional Korean beverages and alcoholic drinks.

As part of our corporate culture and brand activities, we are recruiting vocalists and instrumentalists to participate in a company band.

Work Location: Lilongwe, Malawi

Employment Conditions:

• Salary to be negotiated based on experience and internal company regulations
• Accommodation (dormitory) may be provided
• Probation period applies (salary remains the same during probation)
• The company complies with Malawian labor laws

Key Responsibilities:

• Participation in in-house vocal practice and internal/external performances
• Group singing and development of vocal repertoire
• Participation in music-related activities for corporate branding and internal content creation
• Participation in production and brewing-related tasks according to company schedule (e.g., packaging, organizing, raw material preparation, basic support work)

Eligibility:

• Ability to sing or play a musical instrument (People with Disabilities May Apply)
• Willingness to learn and participate in new tasks (including brewing and production support)
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in singing, choir, performance, or ensemble activities
• Previous experience in musical activities
• Experience in teamwork and community-based activities

Singing and instrument performance test will be conducted during the interview stage.
