Girls Not Brides Malawi is recruiting a highly experienced Senior Advocacy and Communications Officer to lead strategic advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and under the Malawi Accelerator Programme (MAP).

This role is central to influencing policy, strengthening national movements, and advancing efforts to end child marriage in Malawi.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advocacy strategy & policy influence
• Budget advocacy & resource mobilization
• Stakeholder engagement & partnerships
• Media, digital & public communications
• Amplifying girls’ and youth voices

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s + 7+ years experience)
• 7+ years in advocacy, communications, or campaigning
• Strong experience in policy influence & stakeholder engagement
• Expertise in media, digital communication & strategy
