ACCOUNTANT

Overall Role

The Accountant will manage the company’s financial records, budgeting, reporting, and financial compliance while supporting sound business decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial records.
• Process payments and maintain accounting systems.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements.
• Prepare payroll and reconcile bank accounts.
• Support procurement and inventory control.
• Assist management with financial planning and analysis.
• Ability to create educational video content is an added advantage.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Must be committed, hardworking, and willing to grow with a startup company.
