The Refugee-Led Research Hub is hiring an Academic Partnerships & Outreach Manager, based at the RLRH office in Nairobi.

This role is central to RLRH's goal of supporting 1,000+ displacement-affected students to access postgraduate degrees worldwide by 2028. The postholder will lead student outreach and recruitment campaigns, build and sustain partnerships with 30+ universities across Africa and globally, and drive systems-level advocacy for inclusive admissions practices.

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of programme or partnership management experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep commitment to removing structural barriers to higher education for displaced learners.

Based at the British Institute in Eastern Africa (BIEA) in Kileleshwa, reporting to the Director of Academic Programmes. Fixed-term 12-month contract, with possibility for extension.
